FFF Zone Sync — Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy (browser extension)
What the extension collects. The extension reads the price-zone drawings (rectangles) that you create on your own tradingview.com charts, and transmits only that zone data — symbol, price levels, timeframe and drawing identifier — to the FFF Alert Bot server, so that your personal bot account can monitor those levels for you.
Authentication. Your personal API key is stored locally in your browser and sent with each request to authenticate you. It is never shared with any third party.
What we do NOT do. No data is sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties; no data is used for advertising, profiling, or creditworthiness; no browsing activity outside tradingview.com is read or collected.
Retention and deletion. Zone data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by ceasing use and notifying the Administrator via Telegram; such requests will be honoured.
Terms of Use
1. Acceptance by Use
These terms apply to the Telegram bot, the FFF Zone Sync browser extension, and all connected features (together, "the Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you accept these terms in full. No further act of acceptance is required. The current version is available via /policy.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service delivers automated alerts derived from price zones that you draw yourself, together with mechanical pattern checks based on published technical-analysis references. The Service is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing transmitted by the Service constitutes financial advice, a trade recommendation, or an inducement to trade. No advisory or fiduciary relationship is created between you and the Administrator, who is not a licensed financial adviser. All trading decisions, and their outcomes, remain solely yours.
3. No Warranty of Accuracy or Availability
Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or absent. Market data is obtained from third-party providers and may lag by fifteen minutes or more, particularly for futures and equities. The Service may be interrupted or suspended at any time without notice. You must not rely on the Service as your sole basis for entering or exiting any position. Any performance statistics produced by the Service are historical only and are not indicative of future results.
4. Data
The Service stores your Telegram identifier and display name, the zones you synchronise, your alert history, your feedback ratings, and command usage. This data is held on a private, access-controlled server, is accessible only to the Administrator, and is not sold or disclosed to any third party. You may request deletion of your data at any time by ceasing use and notifying the Administrator; such requests will be honoured.
5. Sharing and Followers
Where sharing is enabled, followers receive alerts generated from the sharer's zones; no personal details are disclosed. Sharing may be disabled, and individual followers removed, at any time; affected followers are notified. Followed signals are the sharer's own drawings and are not verified or endorsed by the Administrator.
6. User Obligations
API keys are personal and must not be shared. You must not resell, rebroadcast, scrape, or otherwise redistribute the Service's output, nor abuse or overload the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the rules of your broker and of any proprietary-trading firm whose account you trade, including rules on copy trading, third-party signals, and automated tools. Breach of this section may result in immediate removal of access.
7. Third-Party Services
Telegram and TradingView are independent services governed by their own terms. The extension reads only your chart drawings within your own browser and transmits only zone data to the Service; your API key is stored locally in your browser. The Administrator does not control the availability or accuracy of any third-party platform or data source.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administrator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service — including trading losses, breaches or losses on funded or proprietary-firm accounts, missed opportunities, data loss, or downtime — howsoever caused. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
9. Access and Termination
Access is by invitation only. The Administrator may modify the Service, suspend or revoke access, or discontinue the Service entirely, at any time and without notice.
10. Amendments
These terms may be amended at any time; the version and date will be updated. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
